Lorna came to Recruitment Plus in 2006 having spent a number of years in the Hospitality Industry where she gained valuable experience across a broad range of sectors including reception, customer service, accounts and secretarial.
This background has helped her to become a highly successful recruiter within these areas and she has a particularly high level of repeat business from her clients.
Strong listening skills, business acumen and the ability to correctly analyse candidate strengths have helped her to become a vital part of the team at Recruitment Plus
Lorna qualified with a Graduateship Diploma in both Human Resource and Business Management and also has completed a certificate in Supervisory Management. In February 2011, Lorna completed the ILM Certificate in Recruitment Practice with the National Recruitment Federation.
