Job Title: Account Manager – Marketing and Advertising agency.
Salary: Neg on experience range €45-55K + incentive bonus
Location: Dublin
You will be responsible for working with a number of pharmaceutical clients at various levels and expanding on the agency’s service offering. An opportunity to develop your career within the agency side of Pharma marketing with a dynamic and growing team.
Purpose of Role:
-
To efficiently manage the day-to-day running of key pharmaceutical accounts, maintaining timely communication with the client, managing client expectations and dealing with all related administration

To build strong client relationships quickly, whilst fully understanding their marketing communication needs, to exploit new business opportunities within existing accounts

Project management:
-
To purchase print, medical and translation services from suppliers as required
-
To support the Account Director with account forecasting, pitching and monthly billing
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have strong pharmaceutical marketing brand management and/or communications experience, account management experience, project management experience and excellent client facing skills as you will be working with Brand Managers, Marketing Managers and Directors.
Skills and Experience

Degree in relevant subject (e.g. marketing/business, life science/pharmaceutical)

Experience of effectively managing projects within a marketing/digital agency environment

Account management experience and managing client expectations
-
Client focused with excellent client facing skills

Excellent time management, organisational and administration skills
-
Quality conscious with excellent attention to detail
-
Calm under pressure, with an ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
-
Superb written and verbal communication skills
-
Commercial awareness – ability to quote, budget and forecast effectively

Hands-on, team player with a proactive confident approach

Ambitious & enthusiastic – passionate about pharmaceutical/medical communications

Methodical and logical approach
