Job Title: Practice Accountant

Salary: Depending on experience

Location: Sligo (Onsite)

Description of Role

Our client, medium sized practice based in Sligo, are looking for an experienced Accountant to join their team. Be part of a team of 50 staff across all disciples, financial, taxation, management, and business advisory services.

Requirements:

• Must have experience of working in small to medium sized practice.

• The role will suit a part-qualified/ qualified accountant with 2/3 years’ practice experience and is focused on developing a career in practice.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting with audit and other assignments.

• Preparation of annual accounts for audit exempt companies and sole traders.

• Preparation and filing client tax returns.

• Assisting with the development of junior/other staff.

• Effective and efficient planning and execution of assignments.

• Communicating with and managing client’s expectations.
