Office Administrator – Ballymount, Dublin 12
Our client are a well established engineering company and are now looking for an office administrator to join their team.
Duties:

General Office Duties
-
Answering and responding to incoming calls and email from customers
-
Generating reports for customers, contractors and management through internal systems as well as EXCEL & WORD
-
Extensive data entry and data management that requires accuracy with internal systems.
-
Understanding customer needs, queries and requirements and acting on them to ensure the customer sastsfaction.
-
Providing excellent customer service to all our customers.
-
Electronic & Manual Filing & Scanning
-
Other ad hoc administration and customer service tasks as required
Requirements:
-
Written and Spoken English
-
IT Literate
-
Numerical efficiency
-
Good Administrative Skills
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
-
Good Attitude to Work
-
Excellent Customer Service Skills
-
Good Interpersonal Skills
-
Discretion in relation to confidential information
-
Experience in the Fire safety Business not necessary, as full training will be provided.
