JOB DESCRIPTION:

Administrator – South Dublin / Deansgrange

Salary: €38-40k depending on experience

This role would suit an enthusiastic and experienced administrator that can work collaboratively with a team of engineers and the wider support team in a relaxed, but busy environment.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years‘ experience in an administration role providing direct support to management

  • Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritise multiple tasks, and capable of working to tight deadlines

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy is crucial to this role

  • Ability to work independently and under own initiative

  • Confident using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams etc

  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn

  • References Required

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the formatting and organization of drawings, reports and other technical documentation

  • Provide support with document control for ongoing projects, ensuring documentation is correctly filed, revised, and easily accessible

  • Assist with the management of the company‘s website and social media platforms

  • Support the compliance team with audit preparation, including following up on outstanding actions and assisting with ISO documentation.

  • Creating new project records on the company‘s document management system, and keeping existing records up to date

  • Provide support with project submissions, tenders and planning applications when required

  • Assist with the management and coordination of company events (e.g. CPD trips, Christmas party, summer BBQ)

  • Coordinate and schedule employee training courses when necessary

  • Provide support to Reception when required – phone cover, arranging meeting rooms, booking couriers, printing/scanning/binding etc)

  • Ad hoc duties as required
