Job Title: Property Services Administrator

Salary: €38K DOE

Location: Dublin 24

Hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.30pm and Friday 8am to 5pm

Full time, office-based role working for our client.

Main duties are:

  • Scheduling of Customer instructions

  • Providing admin support to the Accounts and Billing teams

  • Offering our services to Customers at each stage

  • Organising the completion of Customer instructions

  • Managing field management software for the workflow and billing process

  • Production of reports daily, mostly via PDF and for billing team.

  • Accurate and efficient data entry

  • Pro-actively processing Customer’s requests and instructions.

  • Ensuring field personnel and sub-contractors service levels are to standard and meeting service level agreements

  • Take accurate from clients re call-outs

  • Previous experience with Workpal would be an advantage.


Skills & Experience Required :

  • Must have minimum of 2 years‘ experience in a similar role.

  • Excellent organisation skills

  • Must be PC Literate

  • Excellent Communication (written and verbal)

  • Articulate, a good listener and Accuracy.

  • Must have excellent Customer Service skills

  • Must be meticulous- paying great attention to detail and accuracy

  • Accounts
