Recruitment Plus now offer an exciting opportunity for as Asset Manager or Block Manager to progress their career with a dynamic and fast growing property companyt in the D2/D4 area. In this role you will oversee the performance value and and strategic management of the funds residential and commercial portfolio.

This is a role for someone with energy and insight, with a good understanding of property investment , Property and Block Management. My client needs someone who is strong financially, adaptable, keen to work in a small team and focussed on building a career with true professionals in a dynamic fast growing company.

Reporting into the Head of Asset Management you will work closely with the Portfolio and Fund Manager.

Specific duties will include:

• Development and implementation of strategies to maximise the financial performance and value of residential assets, through Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals, development, CAPEX Refurbishments and Value-Add opportunities.

• Managing OMC‘s on behalf of the fund.

• Preparation of Annual Budgets for Estates

• Arranging tenders & ensuring best practice and cost efficiencies

• Day to day financial management, cash flow preparation and program of works

• Perform financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for residential assets.

• Generate regular reports on asset performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

A more detailed spec is available upon ( confidential ) application. An attractive package of up to 80k with 8% pension contribution and bonus is available with the role.
