Our client is seeking an Audit Senior to join their team in a long-standing and thriving multi-discipline accountancy practice in North Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a company that offers you the chance to advance professionally and exposes you to a variety of industries.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a portfolio of audit and accounts engagements

• Liaise with clients and ensure excellent client service is being provided

• Review and oversee financial statements, accounts files for sole traders, limited companies and partnerships

• Review tax returns prepared by staff to ensure filings are made within agreed deadlines

• Supervise staff and provide support on professional development

• Manage the profitable recoverability of work in progress, ensuring monthly targets are achieved

• Assist with proposals for new work and take part in presentations with prospective clients

Qualifications:

• ACCA/ACA/CPA qualification

• Minimum of 1 years PQE in a fast-paced audit department or practice

• Previous experience managing and leading teams

• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS102, IFRS and ISA‘s

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Excellent planning and attention to detail skills
