Recruitment Plus on behalf of our client is currently recruiting for a Billings Administrator based Navan, Co. Meath. The successful candidate will report to the Billings Team Supervisor, Customer Service Department.
Excellent numeric and analytical skills
Keen eye for detail
Ability to meet monthly reporting deadlines
Team player who will work with others to achieve company goals and to provide cover where needed
Responsibilities will include:
Audit sales orders for accuracy and pricing
Manage proof of deliveries
Ensure all orders are invoiced correctly
Process credit notes in a timely fashion
Where possible, issue credit notes at 1st time resolution
Log all claims or returns in system and manage to resolution in a timely manner
Liaise with hauliers, customers or internal departments when completing claims investigations
Provide cover to customer service team as requested by management during training or busy periods
Ensure all calls and emails are answered within agreed service levels.
Undertake any other tasks appropriate to the position, as requested by management
Work flexible hours where required to meet deadlines
Adopt a “best in class” attitude when dealing with all customers
