Recruitment Plus on behalf of our clients is recruiting for a temporary General Operative based in North Co.Louth. Due to location, you will need your own transport.

Due to production demands, there is a requirement for a general operative working flexible hours. The successful candidate will be required to work approx. 8 days per month (working days will vary) and work 8 hours per day. There will also be availability to cover holidays and sick days.

The successful candidate will be bottling and packaging alcohol and completing quality control inspections on the packaged product. The role also includes manual packaging duties. The successful candidate will also provide an efficient level of performance in Bottling Hall production line/packing station, delivering high level focus on Safety & Quality.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for bottling and packaging alcohol on a production line

Hand feed glass efficiently to production lines.

Complete quality checks on products.

Operate automated bottling equipment.

Working as part of a team to achieve targets.

Other ad hoc duties.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Skills/Experience Required:

• Previous warehouse/production experience is desirable (training will be provided)

• Valid manual handling certificate

• Excellent attention to detail and understanding importance quality of work.

• A team player with flexibility.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work on own initiative and multi task.

• Own transport desirable.

• Ideally immediate availability.
