Job Title: Brand Activation Manager, Pharmacy

Salary: Neg on experience (€60-€75K + excellent package).

Location: Dublin based (Hybrid)

Description of Role: Our Client is a blue chip multinational healthcare company with a strong heritage working with patients dealing with chronic conditions. They have been adding to their portfolio and are looking for a Brand Activation Manager to join their marketing team.

The Brand Activation manager will be responsible for developing and implementing key market development initiatives and patient education and awareness campaigns to activate people within the proposed therapy area to actively seek support from healthcare professionals.

The Brand Activation Manager will implement new marketing plans working as part of a cross functional team working with Medical, Sales, Patient Access Teams etc.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  Using a multi-channel approach develop and implement disease awareness campaigns, product campaigns, healthcare professionals and patient activation campaigns

  Develop HCP and patient educational materials including conducting field visits to assess and receive feedback on acceptability and usage of marketing messages

  Design and develop innovative programmes which signpost patients to appropriate healthcare professional so that they can access and seek treatment to improve the quality of their lives

  Establish relationships and collaborate with external stakeholders (HCPs and non-HCPs) to drive activation, support therapy management, access and better treatment for patients.

Requirements:

Candidates will ideally have:

Degree in business or life sciences

Post graduate marketing qualification

Experience:

A proven track record in marketing, business development and brand activation in the Irish Pharma, FMCG and/or consumer healthcare industry.

Experience in digital marketing highly desirable

Proven success in strategic thinking, operational effectiveness and similar roles.
