Job Title: Clinical Support Trainer – Near patient testing – Field based

Salary: Negotiable on experience (€40K-55K) + Company Car + Package

Role:

This is a great opportunity for a qualified nurse or biomedical scientist with a keen interest in training and clinical support to join a very successful and expanding healthcare company.

Day to day the role will involve delivering training to nurses and healthcare professionals within hospitals where our client‘s near patient testing products and devices are used. The role has come about as a result of expansion and you will be joining a small but dynamic team.

This role will ideally suit a nurse or clinical scientist with 1 to 2 years post qualification experience keen to develop their career in a field-based training or clinical support role. Candidates with an interest in near patient testing or blood monitoring or diabetes would be of particular interest.

Skills and experience required:

• Ideally candidates will have a degree in Nursing or Biomedical Science.

• This role requires excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver training to a range of healthcare professionals.

• Excellent time management and organisational skills to be able to manage and schedule a busy diary of appointments.

• Ability to present product information and training to a clinical audience

• Comfortable teaching and training in a hands-on environment.

Additional skills:

• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and relationships with a wide variety of customers.

• Proactive approach and ability to work independently and as part of a small but dynamic team;

• Highly organised and able to prioritise own workload;

• Ability to use initiative
