Commercial Operations Executive

12 month FTC



A superb opportunity to be part of a group that is established over 60 years within the FMCG industry. The Commercial Operations Executive will work closely with Account Managers and Customers with all pricing notifications and updates, product promotions and new product listing information.

You will be joining a company where their talented and committed teams holds and strengthens their love for their brands. They are growing a worldwide FMCG company, and like their brands, they share the commitment to identifying and nurturing top leaders.

The Commercial Operations Executive will have a good head for numbers and will spend their day collaborating with the customer service, finance, marketing, purchasing, logistics, and field sales teams to address questions and problems as they come up.


This is an ideal role for someone who is self-motivated with the ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Role Responsibilities

  • Accurately submitting and calculating financial charges for product promotions to all customers, following managers’ instructions and abiding by each customer deadline.

  • Stay in touch with clients regarding any pending new line forms and promotions.

  • Update new product listings for each customer when agreed.

  • Submitting cost changes to the business managers.

  • Updating Movex with any cost changes as they arise accurately and on time.

  • Manage all queries from stakeholders.

  • Liaising with other departments to answer queries and resolve issues as they arise.

  • Any other ad hoc admin or customer service duties as they arise


Key Competencies

  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail essential

  • 2 years previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work on own initiative, with track record of identifying and implementing administrative or other process improvements to constantly develop the role.

  • Excellent IT skills with a strong working knowledge of Excel in particular
