Description of Role:

Our client are a long established not for profit organisation, involved in supporting the promotion of healthy dietary products.

They are currently seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist on a short term contract to support their Marketing Manager (3-4 months initially)

The Communications specialist will manage key advertising and educational campaigns and several annual events scheduled over the coming months.

This role requires candidates to have substantial PR, event management and brand marketing experience.

Previous specific experience developing and managing health promotion and/or brand marketing campaigns within Food and/or Health Promotion would be particularly useful.

Candidates will have a track record in Advocacy and Media Relations with a network of media contacts.

Requirements:

• Significant experience at communications manager level, either in-house or agency, with leadership experience of major campaigns involving multiple stakeholders.

• Excellent pitching, writing and oral presentation skills with the power of persuasion.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to operate effectively within a team.

• A track record in delivering campaign results including coverage.

• A positive, can-do attitude and a practical, problem-solving approach.

Please note this is a short term contract role and therefore candidates will need to be available immediately and currently living in Dublin.
