About Us:
RecruitmentPlus has an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator based in Dublin 14. The role of the Coordinator is rostering Health Care Assistants and setting up new clients
Requirements or Skills:

Experience using Microsoft Office 365
-
Customer Service experience
-
1 year Coordinator experience were possible
-
Strong communication skills
-
Excellent written and verbal English
-
Previous healthcare qualification an advantage

Good Office/Administration Skills
-
Works well under pressure in a fast paced environment

Have exceptional organisational and multi-tasking skills

Must have the ability to work on own initiative

Have a professional demeanour and excellent telephone skills

Have outstanding communication skills and are committed to customer service

Are committed to quality outcomes and achieving solutions

Flexible, have a can-do positive attitude

Experience in rostering

Ability to work as part of a team
Your main responsibilities will include:
-
Ensure care staff rosters are prepared on a timely basis and communicated to staff.

Familiarising with care staff team to enhance the client and staff matching process
-
Responding to HSE re acceptance of new cases Actively encouraging contact between staff & clients and the office
-
Ensure all support hours are covered including staff absences.
-
Accurately entering and maintaining client and staff records in compliance with company policy.
-
Dealing with emergency situations decisively and effectively
-
Answering each incoming call in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner
-
Sharing on call duties as part of a team
-
Assisting with Recruitment files
-
Assisting with all office paper work in timely manner (Organising files, Garda Vetting etc)
