  • Hybrid working (2 days in the office, however, will be full time for the first 3 months for onboarding)

Description of Role:

 

Our client are now seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will report to The Head of Operations and will work as part of the Customer Service Team providing excellent sales administration and customer service to customers.

This person will support the clinical support/sales team and offer a superior service to their customers.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years‘ experience in customer service administration/sales administration

  • Experience in medical device industry a distinct advantage

  • SAP experience – ideally

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner

  • Ability to deal with several tasks at once, able to adapt to most situations

  • Proven attention to detail and follow through

  • An attitude of teamwork and flexibility

  • Time management and organisational skills

  • Computer literate in Microsoft office

  • Self-starter/Demonstrates initiative

  • Knowledge of stock control procedures an advantage

  • Open and receptive communication skills

  • Outgoing and positive attitude to customers and colleagues

  • Discretion and confidentiality

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Customer services to a large database of customers

  • Accurate and timely data entry

  • Order processing and sales administration

  • First-class support and service in line with expected company standards

  • Working to month end deadlines & daily KPI‘s

  • Processing of quotations and PO‘s

  • Provide support to clinical/sales teams

  • Processing of customer returns through to completion

  • Interact with teams within (Accounts, Purchasing and Warehouse)

  • Reviewing existing work processes and implementing smarter ways of working where necessary

  • Create greater efficiencies with current workflow practices

  • Take an active part in company initiatives

  • Carry out any ad hoc duties as required

  • Ensuring prompt responses and comprehensive solutions to queries

  • Assistance during ISO audit

  • Working to month end deadlines

  • Supporting colleagues within team with excess work
