Description of Role:


Our client, a leading insurance company, is looking for a Customer Service Agent to join their team based in their Dundalk office.





  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a contact centre environment

  • Experience using Microsoft Office

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent call handling and administrative skills

  • Willingness to undertake further study to achieve APA exams

  • Full driving license



Key Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Handling breakdown recovery, motor/household first notification of claims calls

  • Assisting customers with purchasing products and services and handling any queries they may have

  • Proofing of any policy and product documentation

  • Supporting external business development staff with policy wording, policy documentation, IT Issues, and the referral of particular queries to underwriters

  • Internal point of contact for underwriting and cover queries from brokers and internal staff

  • Administration duties as required
