German Customer Service Representative Co. Louth – Office based.

RecruitmentPlus has an exciting new opportunity with our client, a US multinational for a German Customer Service Administrator based in Co. Louth.

This is a full-time office-based role which will require working one Saturday per month.


Your main responsibilities will include:

The German Customer Service Representative role will provide a professional and comprehensive booking and enquiry service to clients in a busy environment where you challenged, learn new experiences and work with a global team.



  • Assist candidates with Registration and Scheduling process from booking to payment via phone and email.

  • Interact with candidates, in a professional manner.

  • Maintain a high degree of quality and accuracy in work.

  • Answers calls to our client‘s standards, by consistently delivering high quality call handling that meets established metrics and goals.

  • Follow company guidelines and policies.

  • Participate in Candidate Services activities that positively impact business growth and revenue.

  • Communicate and participate in team meetings to share best practices, procedures, policies, and clients.

  • Ongoing 1:1s with team supervisor.

  • Constantly challenging the status quo, reviewing our processes, and improving efficiencies.



  • At least 2 years‘ experience as a Customer Services Representative ideally within a call center environment.

  • Fluent in English and German.

  • Minimum Leaving Certificate qualification or equivalent.

  • Good PC skills in a Windows based environment (including MS Office–Word, etc.)

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and eloquent writing skills.

  • Professional demeanor and trustworthy.

  • Empathy and a unique ability to understand candidate‘s needs.

  • Enthusiastic about our business and the services we deliver.

  • Passionate about candidate services and how it can transform lives.

  • Dependable and reliable.

  • Good organizational skills.

  • Flexible and works well as part of a team.

  • Able to work independently, solve problems and deal patiently with customer.
