Description of Role:

Our client are within the medical devise sector and are now seeking a Customer Service and Marketing Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will have good organisational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail. Experience in healthcare, digital marketing and graphic design is desired but not essential.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist the marketing director.

• Create digital and print material for special promotions.

• Support the sales team with marketing material.

• Web site – Update website with new products, support online retail customers with appropriate content.

• Social Media – Create posts, reels and stories for facebook and Instagram. Support pharmacy customers with social media content

• Order processing and stock management

• Rental orders – Manage payments, dispatch, collection, and servicing of our rental orders. Currently we rent devices for pelvic health/incontinence and bone healing.

• Stock management – Manage consignment stock working with the sales team to ensure paperwork is up to date and accurate. Supply and keep records for sample stock required by sales reps for customers.

Requirements:

• To have excellent planning and organizational skills

• Excellent decision making and able to work with little supervision.

• Good competency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,

• Experience creating social media content.

• Mon-Fri, 9-5pm- Office Based

• 5% Pension contribution after 6 months‘ probation
