Job Description:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and manage daily activity on accounts. Act as the main point of contact for Customers for any queries/issues relating to product or orders to ensure customer needs are met.
Role Responsibilities:

Manage all incoming calls and emails
-
Cover reception duties, greeting visitors, receiving small office deliveries etc
-
Identify and assess customers‘ needs to achieve satisfaction
-
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
-
Processing of customer orders and requirements.
-
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
-
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
-
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution, keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
-
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
-
Process office stationery orders
-
Point of contact for sales personnel
-
Handle all recall notifications and credits
Skills/Qualifications/Competencies/Position Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Educated to third level or equivalent standard

Basic customer service skills including:
-
Good communication and problem-solving skills are essential
-
PC literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
-
Minimum of 2-3 years‘ experience in a Customer Service position
-
Ability to learn and retain product specific information as it pertains to the position
