With a strong history and multiple divisions they are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for their manufacturing site which is easily commutable from within Co. Monaghan, Louth, parts of Cavan, south Armagh and north Meath.

To be successful you will need to have prior 3+ years experience and be strong on trouble-shooting, diagnosing and solving issues. This is a great Monday to Friday day working position.

Requirements:

• Qualified with previous working experience in an electrical maintenance technician position.

• Have a strong background in troubleshooting, fault finding, able to keep CNC machinery, cutting and profiling equipment and systems running smoothly.

• A problem- solver, able to work within a team and on your own initiative.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for planned maintenance and fault finding of all CNC and profiling machines and equipment.

• Responsibility for maintenance of equipment and machinery.

• Assist in the installation of new machinery and equipment as required.

• Managing spare parts, consumables, and services to keep equipment schedules compliant.

• Investigate and resolve electrical and mechanical issues on equipment and machines.

• Identify root cause problem solving and troubleshooting to resolve issues.

• Supporting the creation and modification of documentation to support maintenance including keeping records of service and maintenance activities, including parts used and work performed.

• Supporting compliance efforts related to Safety Events, Quality Events, change management and investigations.
