Title: Executive Assistant/Office Manager
Type: Permanent, full-time, office based
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Business Owner on all tasks related to business management.
Manage the email correspondence of the Business Owner
Manage calendars and schedule appointments
Deal with queries by email and phone
Schedule and organise onsite and offsite meetings
Manage travel arrangements for any upcoming trips
Keep all documentation up to date
Perform general administration and office management duties
Minimum 3-5 years‘ experience working in an Executive Assistant/Office Manager/Events Planning position
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail, prioritisation, and organisational skills
Ability to work on own initiative with a proactive approach to duties
