Job Title: Key Account Manager – Critical Care/Patient Monitoring/Respiratory Monitoring/Blood and Plasma management.

Salary: Neg on experience (€45-60K + excellent package).

Location: North Dublin/North Leinster and Northern Ireland.

Description of Role: Our Client is a medical device distributor based in Ireland. In business over 20 years, with a strong proven track record in bringing excellent quality products to Irish hospitals.

Currently looking to add to their team, this role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced medical representative/key account manager with a proven track record selling into ICU’s/CCU’s or theatre environments to join a dynamic and growing organisation. This role will suit candidates looking to expand their experience and take on new product launches as they are added to the portfolio.

Candidates with original nursing qualifications together with 3 years+ medical sales experience are of particular interest.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for selling a portfolio of products within the Critical Care and related arenas into acute hospitals in the North Leinster and Northern Ireland regions.

The role will involve managing relationships with clinical staff, surgeons, anaesthetists, nurses, intensivists etc. to build on the excellent reputation of the organisation.

This role may also suit a Clinical Support Specialist looking to move into a more direct commercial sales role.


Candidates will ideally have:

• Degree in life science /nursing (previous ICU, Critical Care experience of keen interest)

• Passion for medical sales and an energy and enthusiasm for development.

• A growth mindset

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work with a wider multi-disciplinary team

• Excellent Commercial acumen
