Job Title: Hospital Medical Sales Specialist Surgical Products

Salary: € 55-65K

Location: Covering a Western and Munster territory, candidates are required to be based on territory ideally in Galway, Limerick or Cork.

Description of Role: This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and high achieving medical sales team with an excellent product range and well-established brand within surgical consumables and surgical technologies.

Due to expansion our client are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic sales professional with a life science background and ideally at least 3 years medical sales experience to join their current team.

Requirements

• Ideally candidates will have a 3^rd level qualification in business or life science and at least 3 years medical sales experience. A knowledge of the healthcare system in Ireland both public and private.

• Excellent business drive.

• Commercial acumen

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex clinical product information.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for selling a range of surgical products, consumables and technologies and acting as the product specialist providing clinical support and advice for surgical, theatre and nursing staff.

• This role will be to increase sales and business presence across the portfolio on your territory.

• Identify and understand customer challenges and provide the best advice on appropriate products for best patient outcomes.

• Support clinical teams through product training and becoming the key point of contact for product range.

• Increase sales and market share within your territory.

Benefits:

• Salary range €55-65K depending on experience plus a very generous bonus structure and benefits package.
