HR Administrator – Dublin North
Salary: €30-35k depending on experience plus parking , pension and annual leave.

RecruitmentPlus are seeking a HR Administrator to join our clients busy and established clinic in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity that offers progression, support and good benefits.
The HR Administrator will be detail focused, with excellent administrative and organisational skills. They will deliver effective day-to-day administrative support to the HR Department, with a focus on recruitment. They will also support the HR Manager’s administrative needs and contribute to the service’s strategic development to meet evolving organizational needs.
Duties/Responsibilities

Oversee hiring and screening procedures, including posting job openings, vetting applicants, scheduling interviews, compiling and distributing recruitment materials, choosing interview locations, obtaining references, and creating employment contracts.

Updating job descriptions where necessary for departments in consultation with the Department Managers.

Responsible for personnel files and ensuring staff have valid work permits/visas.

Keep personnel reports, such as those for maternity leave, parental leave, and leave of absence, ensuring all are correct and up to date.

Liaise with payroll regarding new employees, salaries, increments, sick, maternity, paternity and parental leave.

Oversee the inputting of personnel details on the TMS system including training records.

Ensure employee records/files are maintained, both manual and electronically based.

Organising training for all staff where necessary.

Maintain discretion and confidentiality.
Essential Criteria:
-
1 year minimum experience as a HR Administrator.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Competent in the use of MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

Ability to deliver to tight deadlines and ability to prioritise.
-
Excellent attention to detail.
-
The capacity to work in a discreet, sensitive, and confidential manner.

Ability to handle challenging situations and react appropriately.
Desirable Criteria:
-
CIPD Membership or working towards achieving it.
-
Experience of working within a professional services business.
