JOB DESCRIPTION:

HR Business Partner – Full time Permanent

Location: South Dublin

Salary: €40-50K Depending on experience

 

Role:

Our client are looking for a HR professional, who is business and tech savvy, can build relationships, bring energy and is results driven.

You will be part of a company who continuously refine and improve their customers‘ journey, drive IT excellence and local initiatives.

 

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the local management team to drive process improvements and with general administrative assistance.

  • Review & Update HR related Policies & Procedures where relevant.

  • Build relationships with stakeholders within the organisation (both locally and globally).

  • Facilitate the annual global performance management & talent management cycles.

  • Manage the end-to end recruitment process for all vacancies, including but not limited to; sourcing strategies & candidate pipelines using social sites, referral process and an approved recruitment agency network.

  • Delivering high quality experiences for the candidate & hiring manager.

  • Building and maintaining partnerships with recruitment agencies where applicable.

  • Managing the company induction and onboarding process for new starters.

  • Management of CRM system – managing the end-to-end processes and supporting management and employees to use the system correctly.

  • Reporting on HR KPI‘s and metrics and running monthly/ad hoc reports.

  • Training: planning, organising and monitoring of training activities with relative collection and analysis of feedback.

  • Work with relevant parties (both local and global) to roll out the global annual employee engagement survey and develop action plan thereafter.

  • Work with the relevant committee and management team to ensure employees are happy, their voices are heard, feel supported and continue to evolve the employee wellbeing strategies.

  • Conduct exit interviews with leavers and report findings back to management.

 

Skills Requirements

Essential

  • Masters / Degree in Human Resources or similar

  • 2+ years previous experience in the general HR field in a standalone position.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent knowledge of the Office Package (in particular of Excel and Power Point applications).

  • Ability to effectively multitask and take on numerous roles/tasks with varying complexity across different functions while continuing to drive an excellent client experience.

  • Proven abilities to manage large volumes of work and meet all desired deadlines.

  • Positive can-do attitude and an ability to think outside of the box and work independently.

  • Eagerness to learn quickly and contribute to a fast-growing company.

Desirable

  • Previous knowledge of the Workday management system

  • LinkedIn Recruiter experience

  • 2+ years recruiting experience.
