Description of Role:
Our client is now seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their growing team. This is a varied role that will include recruitment, attendance management, performance management, employee welfare, engagement and employee relations.
Requirements:
-
Minimum of 1- 2 years HR Generalist experience
-
Experience of absence management including investigations.
-
Highly influential with ability to use initiative and innovate for continuous improvement.

Excellent communicator and keen relationship builder with all types of stakeholders
-
Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related HR software.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Support site recruitment and selection processes from assisting managers with job descriptions, writing adverts, posting on job boards, liasing with agencies and interviewing.

Be proactive in the management of site absence.

Represent the Company at careers events and job fairs.

Support with on boarding activities, including paperwork completion, participating in induction training, and follow up with employees.

Maintain accurate records of recruitment and onboarding activities
-
Provide advice, support and guidance on processes, policies and procedures.

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
