Recruitment Plus is now recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator position. My client is paying a stronger basic salary than the market average, and the commission figure above is achievable.

Role:

• My client is seeking an enthusiastic lettings agent to join their busy lettings team in South Dublin, dealing with a variety of Dublin properties. My client is responsible for leasing and management of large scale residential and commercial properties within Dublin

• The role requires someone who is able to work independently as part of a busy team with an ability to adapt and be reactive in a fast paced environment, with a strong customer service ethic.

• You will require 4/5+ years‘ experience as a licensed Lettings Negotiator and the role will see you competing with other prestigious Dublin property companies and as such my client requires someone with a positive, “can do ” attitude, high levels of professionalism, and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Must have appropriate PSRA licence and have property-related educational qualification

• Enthusiastic and motivated

• Knowledge required of landlord and tenant legislation experience desirable

• Knowledge required of landlord and tenant legislation, PRTB regulations and statutory property obligations

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Willingness to work hard and ability to work on own initiative and attention to detail are essential
