Description of Role:

Our client is now seeking is a fast-growing agency providing property services throughout Dublin, Meath, Kildare and Louth. Within the past four years, they have moved office to a busy high-street, launched a new branding and a website and welcomed new members to their team. They are a reputable Real Estate Agency with a large portfolio of lettings and sales in both the Residential and Commercial Sector

Requirements:

• Full clean driving license

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an excellent telephone manner

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Good knowledge of the Dublin, Meath & Kildare Residential / Commercial Property Market and the RTB legislation

• Ability to demonstrate good interpersonal skills and great organizational abilities

• Ability to work on their own initiative and generate new clients/business

• Motivation, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic

• Flexibility to cover appointments outside normal working hours

• A proactive and customer-focused approach to deliver exceptional service
