Role:

Our client, an advertising company based in Sandyford, is now seeking a business or marketing or graduate for their marketing department.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing a comprehensive campaign image library that is updated with new photos every 2 weeks.

• Liaising with photographers and internal teams to manage requests

• Media and social media monitoring

• Carrying out marketing administrative tasks and supporting the team across a variety of areas, e.g.: arranging client entertainment / events

• Creation of content for the company website and Twitter/X account and ensuring that both channels are kept up to date

• Development of external communications including monthly campaign winners

• Liaising with our graphic design team on projects

• Participating in cross departmental committees / internal company communications when required

Skills and Experience Required:

While training will be provided, the ideal candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Proficient PC skills particularly in Power Point, Excel, Word and Outlook

• Experience of using the website content management platform Drupal, Google Ads and website analytics would be an advantage but not essential

• Must have excellent communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

• Must be meticulous- paying great attention to detail

• Ability to bring creative ideas to the team

• Marketing qualification is an advantage but not essential
