RecruitmentPlus has an excellent opportunity for a full time Marketing Assistant for our client, a leading food manufacturer based in Co Longford.
The Marketing Assistant will help drive growth and improve customer experience overall. This is a full time office based role with the possibility of hybrid working to be considered after training period.
Responsibilities

Co-ordinate and implement all promotional campaigns across multiple marketing channels including digital, print and events.

Manage all internal and external targeted marketing communications. This will include writing and proofing relevant collateral and social posts.

Ensuring Company websites are kept up to date with product information, Company information, marketing campaigns and job advertisements.

Creating content for Company social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter)

Ensuring all brand/ logo use adheres explicitly to brand guidelines.

Building customer relationships with the groups brands.

Collaborate proactively to build strong relationships with key stakeholders within the business.

Actively innovate and support the generation of new ways to further brand awareness.

Proactively identify where future potential new business opportunities may arise and plan for same.

Co-ordinate group sponsorships and partnerships.

Responsible for Brandbank and product image database

Liaising with agencies in relation to packaging, POS, advertising collateral

Responsible for POS design, ordering and stock control.

New Product Development research & idea generation.

At all times carry out all aspects of the job with regard to documented company policies, procedures and safety information.

Display a positive and constructive attitude.

Participate in all company training and awareness programmes.
Experience
-
3rd level educational qualification in a marketing/ business-related discipline.
-
Minimum of 2 years‘ experience within a marketing role, with a successful performance record.
-
Experience developing and running ad campaigns and social media campaigns.
-
Experience within FMCG or food manufacturing is desirable.
-
Direct experience marketing to a customer base.
-
Professional manner – articulate with excellent written and oral communication skills.

Excellent organisational skills.
-
Strong interpersonal skills and have an ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organisation.

Be constantly curious to understand the needs of the customer.
-
Results orientated and output driven, can do attitude with a desire to make things happen.
-
IT literate with proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel & Powerpoint.

Full, unrestricted driving licence.
