Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls

  • Ensuring that customers are provided with the best in customer care at all times.

  • Dealing with all invoice queries

  • Issuing PO‘s for all sales and ensure they are signed off.

  • Emailing/ posting end of month statements

  • All Daly reports to be sent to office manager

  • Attend Daily meetings with Operations Manager

  • Ensuring Compliance with Internal and external Audits.

  • Taking lead in Company Audits for ISO and other External awards and standards.

  • Ordering stationary stock when requested by Management.

  • Assisting accounts team when required and covering leave periods

  • Assisting departments with queries on reports

  • Attending required training and ensure a certificate of completion is forwarded to HR

  • Participation in appraisals and performance reviews to assess your overall performance, duties, training requirements and development.

  • Adhering to the rules and regulations and Health and Safety guidelines of the company and the rules and regulations around your role

  • To undertake other such reasonable duties as shall from time to time be required by the company, within the competency of the postholder.

 

 

 

 

Requirements or skills:

  • Experience – at least 2 years demonstrable experience in an administration role or similar.

  • Demonstrable experience of working in a target driven environment with the ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and work calmly under pressure

  • Highly developed interpersonal and oral communication skills with evident good telephone technique and networking skills

  • The ability to work as part of team as well on own initiative and excellent problem solver

  • Excellent IT Skills

  • Excellent administration skills

  • Confident, enthusiastic, professional and pro-active approach

  • A current and valid driving licence
