RecruitmentPlus are seeking an all-rounder Accounts and Office Manager to join a fast-growing team based in Castleblaney, Co Monaghan.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts, as well as maintaining general office systems.
The office manager will be someone who works well under pressure and can look after monthly accounts, stock management, wages reports etc.
This would someone who is looking for a role where they can make it their own. They will have the ability to build relationships as will be liaising with key stakeholders on a daily basis.
Two days WFH can be accommodated.

Oversee the invoice processing function for the company.

Controlling credit and ensuring debtors pay on time.

Payroll reports
-
Management of bank accounts and cash balances including bank reconciliations, cash book, cheques, etc.

Management of month end process, journals, reporting and close process

Reconciliation of direct debits and finance accounts.

Preparation of statutory accounts.

Financial reporting- monthly & yearly
Requirements
-
Previous experience within a busy finance department

Excellent IT / Microsoft Office skills.

The ability to lead and manage staff.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail with strong numerical ability.

Dynamic individual with the ability to work on their own initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Ability to Multi-Task and prioritise workload with excellent attention to detail.

A team player who will work closely with all departments in the group and is willing to learn.

Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information.
