Operations Administrator / Coordinator

Office based, Dublin 11

€35k depending on experience.


Role Description:

Out client are an award-winning company within the construction sector who manufacture, install and service their energy efficient products using highly skilled craftsmen and dedicated personnel.

Their customer Service, Product Development & Technical Specification are unmatched within their industry.


Due to growth, they are now looking for a detail oriented Operations Coordinator, who can help to achieve their future vision.

This is a pivotal Role within the Operations Team and the successfully appointed person will have the opportunity to grow within the role, with a clear career pathway for the right candidate into management.


Key Requirements / Skills of Operations Coordinator:

  • Minimum of 2 years previous experience as Operations Coordinator / Customer Service Administrator or Sales Administrator.

  • Experience in diary management and coordinating.

  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service, as it will involve customer interaction.

  • Organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a fast-paced environment are required.

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) experience is required.

  • Excellent attention to detail is essential for this role.

  • Ability to multitask.

  • Excellent Communication skills

  • Ability to work within a team and individually.

  • Ability to take responsibility for tasks and ensure they are followed through to completion.

  • Self-motivated with an ability to work on your own initiative.

  • Excellent inter-personal skills.


Role Responsibilities of the Operations Coordinator:

  • Support the installation, production and surveying teams on a daily basis.

  • Support their customers – the main contact from when the order is made through to the successful delivery of the product.

  • Liaise with customers in relation to booking key stages of their customer journey.

  • Ensure all customer queries and issues are dealt with in a timely manner.

  • Ensure every customer has a great customer experience and their installation goes to plan.

  • Ensure all payments are collected by the company.
