RecruitmentPlus has a fantastic opportunity for a Paralegal Executive to work with our client a not-for-profit organisation with offices globally.
The Paralegal Executive will work full-time hours from home with occasional travel to Dublin Office for meetings as required.
This is an opportunity for someone with experience working in a corporate Paralegal Executive role with a “can-do” attitude who wants to work work/gain experience in a busy, varied, and challenging environment.
Role/Responsibilities:

Administration of Legal Requests such as:
1. administered via the Legal section of the organisations CRM.
2. processing/review of Legal Requests
3. preparation/review of any legal document or draft contract for issue that require standard template requirements.
4. liaise with Legal Requestor to understand the contractual objective, and
5. incorporate commercial terms as provided within Legal Request.

Ensure that all signed contracts follow the contract completion steps and are accurately reflected in the contract register.

Manage the contract lifecycle to meet timelines; coordinate with the Contract Owner relating to deadlines, renewal arrangements or potential impediments.

Document-management and maintenance of both the contract and trademark registers

Maintaining accurate and up to date legal files, contracts, and documents (via online databases and file management systems).

Preparation of weekly summaries, reports, and any other related administrative requirements.

Supporting any legal administrative duties for the Head of Corporate Services and/or the Legal team

Collaborating with and supporting members of the legal team and other departments (or subsidiaries) on a wide variety of legal matters

Ad hoc administrative and practical support duties for a busy in-house legal team

Other duties as may be required from time to time.
Skills/Requirements:
-
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a legal or corporate office environment
-
Legal professional qualification (e.g., paralegal certificate, Legal Executive or Diploma in Law) is a distinct advantage.

Would ideally suit someone with an experience and background in professional administrative support.

Excellent written, communication and organisational skills with the ability to convey messages in a clear and respectful manner.

Ability to complete complex tasks independently and work effectively in a team.

High proficiency in Microsoft office 365, particularly Dynamics, word, excel, outlook and SharePoint.

Strong attention to detail, organisational and interpersonal skills

Adaptability and flexibility

Natural team player who can also work on own initiative.

Self-starter with the ability to set and meet competing deadlines by prioritising tasks appropriately.

Good inter-personal skills with an ability to deal with a broad range of issues.
