  • Manage a team of Payroll Specialists on a day-to-day basis

  • Provide support to the team regarding queries where needed and professional development

  • Ensure all client engagements are completed within agreed timelines

  • Prepare and monitor the payroll schedule for all team members

  • Oversee the billing, budgeting, and invoice preparations

  • Coordinate payroll audits on behalf of clients

  • Assist with proposals for new work and participate in presentations to prospective clients



  • Minimum 5 years‘ experience in a busy payroll environment

  • Experience leading and managing teams

  • IPASS certified

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent planning and attention to detail skills
