Job Title: Payroll Administrator
Salary: €30,000-€35,000

Recruitment Plus on behalf of our client is currently recruiting for a Payroll/Office Administrator based in Moycullen, Co Galway. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing end to end payroll on a weekly basis along with other office duties The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team.

Requirements or Skills:

Previous experience of processing payroll using Collsoft system is advantageous.

Strong computer literacy

Excellent communication skills

Highly motivated and willing to learn

Ability to work to deadlines
Your main responsibilities will include:
-
Cross reference timesheets with clock in‘s to calculate hours worked per person on a weekly basis

Overseeing employee benefits, health insurance, pension, and other deductions

Addressing and resolving client enquiries related to payroll, taxes, and benefits

Dealing with all Payroll queries as they arise
-
Preparation of weekly reports for management
-
Ad-hoc duties as required
