Personal Assistant to the Managing Director – S010928

Recruitment Plus on behalf of our client is seeking a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director. The successful candidate will assist the MD in performing their role effectively. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Meeting preparation and logistics involving assuring that all of the Managing Director‘s meetings are organised in a professional and effective way.

  • Develop Meeting agendas in partnership with the Managing Director, ensuring all participants understand the purpose of meetings and expectations.

  • Conserving of Managing Director‘s time by reading, filtering, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analysing information; initiating communications.

  • Act as the point of contact and support for the Managing Director, employees, clients and other external partners

  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner

  • Manage executive‘s calendars and set up meetings

  • Coordinate all travel arrangements and provide detailed travel itineraries for the Managing Director.

  • Manage daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports

  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports

  • Take minutes and actions during meetings and manage follow up.

  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence

  • Manage complex duties and sensitive information.

  • Organising and arranging various company events throughout the year.



  • Minimum 3 years‘ experience supporting at senior level would be preferential.

  • Excellent MS Office skills

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Discretion and confidentiality

  • Passion for inclusion and accessibility a distinct advantage

  • Ability to co-ordinate project work as assigned

  • A third level qualification is an advantage but not essential.

  • Articulate, flexible and down to earth nature.
