Description of Role:

Our client is now seeking Personal Lines Executive to join their team.

Our client is an established insurance broker serving clients across Ireland with offices situated in south county Dublin. You will be working in a friendly and busy environment.

The role is in their Personal Lines department dealing with Car, Home and Van insurance for only connected clients within the business (VIPs etc) .

Requirements:

• 2+ years previous relevant experience and APA qualification

• Good telephone manner

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

• Computer literate (MS Office)

• The ability to meet deadlines consistently and to take ownership of the role

• Experience in working well under pressure while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

• APA qualified at least.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handling customer enquiries via email, telephone and face to face in a prompt and courteous manner Issuing documents in a timely fashion

• Providing quotes for motor and home insurance

• Processing Mid Term Adjustments, Renewals and New Business queries

• Other such ad-hoc duties that may arise from time to time
