Job Title: Psychological Services Administrator – Project and Event Manager (Contract)
Salary: € Negotiable on experience (€45-50K+)

Description of Role:
Our client is now seeking a Project Coordinator to assist the Psychological Services department with project and event management and coordination of Education, Support and Communication initiatives. 5 years‘ professional experience (ideally in a professional services/educational/wellbeing environment) is desirable.
This is a contract role (10 -12 months)
Key Responsibilities
The Project co-ordinator will work with the psychological services team and key stakeholders to:

Assist the Service team with project management and coordination of a diverse range of education, communication and member support initiatives, from inception through to oversight of a project that is ongoing

Forward planning and regular reports to stakeholders on all Service activities e.g. write, craft, develop and edit online and printed content.

Create, design and edit engaging PowerPoint slides

Assist with event planning and smooth administration of events and courses, (including recruitment of speakers, premises bookings, catering for events)

Accounts and budget administration, including processing payments and expenditure reporting

Assist with the production of marketing and communications collateral to include web development, e-shots, brochures, social media, and other digital and hard copy tools

Research and generate course materials and wellbeing material suitable for trainees and/or qualified solicitors, in conjunction with the Executive team

Development and maintenance of Psychological Service‘s website and intranet

Diary Management – booking appointments & scheduling events.

Assist with special projects across the organisation and its constituent projects

Ad hoc projects as they arise

Requirements and Skills
-
Project management skills and experience
-
Knowledge of professional education and membership, professional wellbeing/therapeutic sector an advantage
-
An ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team and be proactive in achieving project outcomes
-
Creative thinker and ability to produce creative work
-
Experience of event management (from contributing to the development of an idea to overseeing the event on the day)
-
Professional approach to sensitive and confidential material
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail; public speaking skills a plus

Excellent IT and technical skills
-
A proactive, collaborative approach with a can-do-attitude to work
-
Methodical, flexible and capable of undertaking multitask driven work
-
Experience of conference or education course administration and an aptitude for accounts would be an advantage

Ability to work to tight deadlines

Experience of leading a small team an advantage

Academic background in psychology, organisational psychology, professional wellbeing and/ or project management an advantage
