Recruitment Plus is now recruiting for Psychological Services Executive, Professional Wellbeing Executive position.
Our client is a professional membership organisation with a long heritage in supporting and providing continuous professional education for it‘s members. They are now seeking a Psychological Services/Professional Wellbeing Project Executive to join their team in Dublin City Centre. The team provide vital support to a range of Education, Support and Communication initiatives available to the organisations professional members.
This exciting role has come about as a result of expansion of the current team and to support effective and timely implementation of key projects linked to the department‘s strategic ambitions.
A minimum of 5 years professional experience (ideally within an education or professional services environment) is required.
Previous experience in the field of professional membership education or support, mental health and/or professional wellbeing ideally.
Role Responsibilities:

Working with the services team supporting the timely implementation of the psychological services strategy across the professional life cycle in the domains of education, communication and support services

Research, assess and develop new ways of meeting the evolving psychological needs of trainees, current and future members of the organisation.

Assist in the ongoing implementation of the an organisational report on Dignity recommendations

Assist in the coordination of Professional Practice Course modules

Produce high quality reports and communication materials relating to the work of the expanded Psychological Service

Skills and Experience Required:
-
Hold a relevant third level qualification and/or significant relevant work experience in the area of professional membership, mental health and wellbeing and/or organisational change.

Track record of developing and project-managing wellbeing/psychologically informed education, support and/or communication initiatives.

Ability to form and hold a systemic view of complex issues such as: diversity and inclusion, bullying, sexual harassment and harassment in the workplace, organisational and professional wellbeing.

Capacity to conduct and synthesise research in a range of disciplines and to adapt this body of knowledge to challenges across the legal lifecycle.

A creative, innovative and proactive approach to working within a dynamic team.

Willingness to develop new skills, knowledge and capacities as the Psychological Service evolves and its priorities shift.

Strong communication and organisational ability, well developed interpersonal and relationship building skills with an empathetic and professional approach to the area of mental health and wellbeing.

Ability to influence stakeholders in the Law Society and in the wider legal community to work towards common goals, maintaining momentum for the work of the newly expanded Psychological Services.

Knowledge and nuanced understanding of appropriate responses to prevailing sectoral issues (including vicarious trauma/secondary traumatic stress, burnout, substance abuse, addiction, and suicidality) is desirable.
