Job Title: Quality Technician – Junior

Salary: €15.75 per hour

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent     

Location: Dundalk, Co. Louth

RecruitmentPlus on behalf of our client are seeking a Quality Technician to join a successful international company who operate across Ireland and globally. This role will be based in Dundalk and will provide general technical and quality support to customers, suppliers and the internal team.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience or a Qualification in related field (preferred) with an understanding of manufacturing.

• Able to use hand tools to measure and inspect parts.

• Proficient computer and writing skills.

• Professional manner and appearance, be self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail.

• Training available.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support for incoming receipt and inspection duties including recording technical information.

• Provide technical/quality issue support, investigation, and resolution (customer & supplier).

• Assist inspection and testing equipment maintenance and calibration.

• Assist in on-going quality improvement processes.

• Administration and maintenance of technical specifications, samples, records and databases.

• Reporting of quality related activities.
