Our client are a small distribution company supplying to the retail industry and based in Rathfarnham.
They are currently looking for a sales administrator.
The successful candidate will be experienced in order management, CRM and quotation solutions
Duties will include:

Sales invoicing/credit notes
-
Following up with sales deliveries
-
Contacting customers about sales queries/credits
-
Telesales
-
Sales analysis reporting
-
Updating customer price lists
-
Sending quotes to customers (Power Point presentations, listing details.)
-
Support for sales team
-
General administration duties
Requirements:
-
3+ years‘ experience required in a similar role
-
This person will ideally have a background in Customer Service Admin or Sales Admin
-
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

The ability to work autonomously and a positive attitude is essential

Experience of Sage an advantage
