Recruitment Plus is looking for a Renewable Energy Sales Representative to bring passion to the team about all things renewable our Louth based client – an expanding renewable energy company.

The Renewable Energy Sales Representative will promote and sell company product range to customers within the renewable energy industry throughout Ireland.

This is an exciting opportunity to advance your sales career, the Renewable Energy Sales Representative will be liaising with small to medium sized building contractors and residential customers and will be comfortable picking up the technical aspects of the companies range of products.

Full training on all our Renewable Energy products – from PV Solar Panels, Heat Pumps, EV Car Chargers and Mechanical Ventilation Systems will be provided to the successful candidates. At least 2 years sales experience and full clean driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Developing new business and following up on incoming enquiries, leads and warm/cold calls.

• Developing and maintain relationships with key customers within the Republic of Ireland.

• Manage and service existing customer accounts providing technical support when required.

• Preparation of quotations and technical proposals

• Meeting targets set through building strong and profitable relationships with customers & the decision making within the sales process

• Creating new, profitable revenue streams by prospecting existing and target customers within the target sectors

• Responsible for the positive promotion of products and services

• A managed and maintained sales pipeline capable, of delivering the performance targets

• Processing and accurately completing customer orders

Qualifications

• Construction, renewable energy or technical experience a distinct advantage.

• A proven track record in sales within in the renewable energy industry is a distinct advantage.

• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work on own initiative and with integrity.

• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

• Strong construction industry knowledge with a strong technical aptitude.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Computer literate.

• Full Clean Driving Licence.
