Due to company growth and expansion, RecruitmentPlus has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Representative to work with our client; a successful food-based company in Co. Meath.

The successful candidate will work within the Sales department but also have exposure to other areas of the business to gain a commercial insight into the operation of their food business.

Role/Responsibilities:

• Driving new business, thinking strategically, anticipating, and reacting to opportunities within the Market Place.

• Working with approved customers in the industry.

• Being results orientated while being a key team player, communicating effectively with the existing Sales team.

• Adhering to the company‘s policy on Food Safety and Compliance.

•  

Skills/Experience:

• Have 3 to 5 years sales experience ideally within B2B and food or FMCG.

• Experience with a food or agriculture background considered an advantage.

• Ideally food-based industry knowledge across international market.

• Driven with strong negotiation skills, proactive.

• Be computer literate, an effective communicator.

• A second language would be considered an advantage.

• Full clean Driver‘s License.
