Role:
Our client is now seeking a SAP Trainer, to join their team in Dublin 18. The SAP Trainer will work as a member SAP Training and Support Team.
The successful candidate will provide training on the full range of SAP modules being implemented.
The SAP Trainer will assist with the creation of training materials, co-ordination of plans and activities for training, delivery of classes to business areas and system users on all SAP modules.
They will also assist with the maintenance of the training website and other online training deliver tools.
Requirements or Skills:

Experience of SAP Finance & Procurement system modules functionality.

Experience in delivery of training to a diverse customer base.
-
Experience of developing training materials to a high standard.
-
A flexible approach to working hours is required in order to ensure deadlines are met.

Access to appropriate transport to fulfil the requirements of the role.

Knowledge of Finance & Procurement Training modules.
-
Knowledge of the Finance & Procurement Training system, integration and dependencies.

Excellent analytical skills to enable analysis and interpretation of SAP Finance & Procurement Training system data.

Excellent MS Office skills to include, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Knowledge and experience of using an email system effectively e.g. Outlook, Lotus Notes

Knowledge and/or experience of SAP Enable Now

Knowledge and/or experience of a Learning Management System
Main responsibilities will include:
-
Create, under supervision, training materials, role-based curriculum, user guides, quick tips, FAQs on system changes, reports and processes.

Provide training as required on SAP Ariba and SAP S/4 HANA along with other SAP Finance and Procurement modules and processes to SAP Finance and procurement system users.

Creating/update and deploy documentation on Training Websites and ELearning Products such as SAP Enable Now (SEN) including simulations & any other deemed e Learning platforms.

Work with project leads in acquiring knowledge transfer on new system developments and changes arising from design changes or system updates.

Provide support to the Change Management Training Development Lead as required.

To deputise for line manager as required.

Ensure the efficient administration of area of responsibility.

Maintain own knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation e.g. Financial Regulations, Health & Safety Legislation, Employment Legislation, FOI Acts etc.
