Role:

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• You will be responsible for a portfolio of residential blocks and the job entails all aspects of management and administration

• As such you will need a few years’ senior property management experience combined with PSRA licence to include the D licence.

• You will need strong verbal, numerical and report writing skills, attention to detail, client management skills. Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills and a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
