RecuitmentPlus has an exciting opportunity for a Service Manager to join our client‘s team, based in Co. Meath. The Service Manager will report to the General Manager and work closely with the maintenance team to ensure prompt service to various clients.
Role/Responsibilities:

Organising service engineers‘ activities, ensuring the department’s efficient and profitable operation.

Monitor engineers productivity and ensure daily KPIs are being achieved/exceeded.

Provide leadership and guidance to the entire Service team.

Ensure that training standards are fully maintained and updated as required.

Provide business reporting for senior management.

Assist in setting & achieving agreed targets for service team.

Work effectively with other managers within the business.
Skills/Requirements:
-
Minimum 3 years‘ experience in a similar role.

Excellent planning skills with a methodically and process driven approach to work.

Ability to plan and organise the service team.
-
Client Focused and enjoy problem solving.
-
Have strong leadership skills.
-
Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal.
-
Good knowledge of MS Office suite.
-
Refrigeration experience an advantage.
