This will be an interesting opportunity to work within the design and manufacturing of innovative building materials, their mission being to accelerate a net-zero carbon future built environment, with a global market leader in state of the art facilities.

Based in Kingscourt Co. Cavan and commutable from Meath, Louth, Monaghan, also areas of Westmeath, Armagh, Down, north Dublin, Longford, Fermanagh.

Job Type: Permanent

Your main tools of work will be Excel, ANSYS, SolidWorks, AutoCad, Matlab. Although not essential to have previous experience in all of these it would be advantageous.

The successful candidate will be:

• Degree qualified in Structural/Civil Engineering, with M.Eng or PhD advantageous.

• Have 4 years relevant working experience with the ability to manage and lead multiple projects through to completion

• Have strong structural knowledge of building composites & steel design

• Ability to validate & approve structural calculations via the design of physical tests & vice versa

• Knowledge of EN certification & regulatory compliance

• Good people and communication skills

• Chartered Engineer Qualified is advantageous

• Hold a valid and full Clean Irish/UK licence required
