About Us:
RecruitmentPlus has an exciting new opportunity for a Product Support Engineer based in Dundalk, Co. Louth. The purpose of the position is to deliver first-class customer service which includes technical support.
Requirements or Skills:
-
Diploma in Engineering or Higher, or 5 years‘ experience in TMFL products.

Strong mechanical background.
-
Customer focused.
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience in MS Office packages.
Your main responsibilities will include:
-
Provide technical support the company‘s product range to ensure that the entire customer experience runs smoothly.

Prepare service training materials and conduct training sessions.
-
Keep the online E-Support system up to date and meet the required KPI targets on ticket closures.
-
Assist in the development of ASTS materials when required for NPD projects.
-
Liaise with suppliers and various stakeholders when their support and services are required.
-
Prepare and present monthly reports on the status of Technical Support (KPI targets).
-
Provide technical feedback on changes in the product range.
