About Us:

RecruitmentPlus has an exciting new opportunity for a Product Support Engineer based in Dundalk, Co. Louth. The purpose of the position is to deliver first-class customer service which includes technical support.

Requirements or Skills:

  • Diploma in Engineering or Higher, or 5 years‘ experience in TMFL products.

  • Strong mechanical background.

  • Customer focused.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience in MS Office packages.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Provide technical support the company‘s product range to ensure that the entire customer experience runs smoothly.

  • Prepare service training materials and conduct training sessions.

  • Keep the online E-Support system up to date and meet the required KPI targets on ticket closures.

  • Assist in the development of ASTS materials when required for NPD projects.

  • Liaise with suppliers and various stakeholders when their support and services are required.

  • Prepare and present monthly reports on the status of Technical Support (KPI targets).

  • Provide technical feedback on changes in the product range.
